RESERVATION POLICY
Payment: At the time of booking you will be charged in full for the total amount of your stay. This includes the cost of the booking plus taxes and any fees.
Sales Tax: 12% taxed on room rate and fees.

Check-in: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Photo identification and credit card are required. Check in time begins at 3:00 PM and check out time is by 10:00 AM. THESE TIMES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Pet Policy: Royal Holiday Beach Resort has a strict NO-PET policy. Service animals are allowed.
Additional Rules: Damages to unit furnishings, amenities, supplies, and linens or items missing from room are subject to additional fees upon assessment following your departure.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your expected arrival date you may be charged the full amount of your booking. This is determined on a case by case basis.
