RESERVATION POLICY

Payment: At the time of booking your rental reservation, we processed your credit card for the full amount of your rental reservation plus tax & cleaning fee.

Sales Tax: 12% taxed on room rate and fees.

Check-in: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Photo identification and credit card are required. Check in time begins at 3:00 PM and check out time is by 10:00 AM. THESE TIMES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED. 

 

Pet Policy: Royal Holiday Beach Resort has a strict NO-PET policy. Service animals are allowed.

 

Additional Rules: Damages to unit furnishings, amenities, supplies, and linens or items missing from room are subject to additional fees upon assessment following your departure.

 

Cancellation Policy: We hope that you do not cancel your reservation because we are looking forward to your visit.  If you do cancel there is a $95.00 cancellation fee.
